Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required

To request a return, please contact us at info@ohgirlgang.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Kindly include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom-made items
• Personalised items
• Special orders

These pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore considered final sale.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
